Q: When you were growing up in Chicago, what did your parents teach you about work ethic? My second one was working at Sears. I was promoted to the catalog retailing department and did gift wrapping. I see two potential issues: (1) employees may be missing opportunities and networking that happen in the evenings and other down time, and (2) there are now times where the company is incurring extra costs because the employees are trying to accommodate traveling with their spouses.
