I don’t supervise a team anymore, which I miss, but I do have a lot of autonomy to run a regional branch of a federal program (vague enough?). In fact, I’m in the corner of a large open room with a private cubicle and not much foot traffic. I moved on about six months ago. Now I work in a completely different industry.
