One of the leads — I’ll call her Julie — shares cubicle space with my coworker and me and is new to the role, less than six months. It started with coffee or office supplies, like colorful Post-It notes and funky pens; however, the gifts keep getting bigger. There is a tech in her dept, Mary, who is not doing so well.
